We are currently seeking applications for Earthworks Supervisor with Restricted Quarry Manager’s Ticket for our clients West Australian Operations.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Demonstrated abilities to supervise and manage staff.
  • Qualifications in leadership and management
  • Restricted Quarry Manager’s Ticket
  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Sound understanding of legislative requirements, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Scheduling and planning experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in earthworks
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to effectively priorities workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to issue and follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to utilise computer systems and communications technology.
  • Current Western Australian “C” class Driver’s Licence.
  • First Aid qualification
  • Current Police Clearance no older than 6 months

A demonstrated proactive approach towards ensuring the safety of yourself and others and your ability to set good examples of work ethic, integrity and compliance to company polices and procedures is a mandatory requirement.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol assessment as part of the recruitment process
